"Special Tanukiyaki" is an adaptation of "Kyoto Betayaki", which is made by placing plenty of cabbage and ingredients on a thin layer of dough and baking it. The slowly steamed cabbage is sweet, and the homemade fried cabbage adds depth of flavor, and it is finished off with a not-too-sweet sauce, plenty of Kujo spring onions, and a raw egg.Please try our specialty!
